BFM is looking for a highly detail oriented intern to support audience data operations and weekly newsletter production.

This role focuses on maintaining data quality, organising subscriber information and assisting with audience engagement through newsletters and digital platforms. 

Responsibilities

• Clean, organise, and maintain a master database.
• Perform data validation, deduplication, and tagging of audience segments
• Assist in mapping and documenting subscriber/listener user journeys
• Support CRM workflows, list management, and data organisation
• Assist in preparing the weekly BFM newsletters.
• Generate simple reports on audience sign-ups and newsletter engagement

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Marketing, Communications or related fields
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
• Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets
• Good written English and ability to summarise content clearly
• Logical thinker with interest in data systems, audience engagement, or digital media
• Familiarity with CRM tools or email marketing platforms is a plus
• Interest in podcasts, journalism, or digital media is an advantage
