  • Be the Sales Rockstar: Handle inquiries and customer issues with speed and precision, always staying one step ahead.
  • Stay Organized: Keep flawless records of pricing, sales, and activities to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Tailor-Made Proposals: Develop customized proposals that wow clients with attractive pricing, out of the box ideas and personalized solutions, then present them like a pro.
  • Drive Payments: Ensure timely payments from clients while keeping a strong professional relationship.
  • Client Advocate: Understand client advertising and marketing objectives, represent their interests to the team, and manage expectations like a seasoned pro.
  • Communicate BFM’s Power: Be the champion of BFM and effectively highlight the strengths, aspirations, and full range of products BFM offers to clients.
  • Top-Notch Account Management: Provide exceptional service and build long-lasting relationships with your clients.

Requirements
  • Good team player and highly driven
  • High level of professionalism when representing BFM or its management to business associates and the public at large as determined by the Managing Director
  • Well maintained, organised and effective use of customer relationship management and other management information systems. Good record keeping and documentation.
  • Good accountability and integrity required.
  • Own transport required.
