Description

Front-end developer job functions:

  • Design and write clean code in HTML/CSS. Familiarity with JavaScript libraries and Content Management Systems are critical.
  • Develop and implement new websites, landing pages based on project mock-ups ensuring the best possible performance and responsiveness. 
  • An understanding of common cross-browser compatibility issues is important.
  • Ability to identify bottlenecks, bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address issues for desktop and various mobile applications.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to deliver intuitive interfaces and interaction layers with great user experience.

 

Requirements

Required skills:

  • PHP, HTML, CSS, Javascript/AJAX
  • Responsive Design
  • Web performance optimization
  • API integration
  • SCSS/LESS
  • NPM/Yarn
  • Version control system

 

Desired Skills:

  • Experienced with cloud environment
  • Animation
  • CSS in JS
  • Understanding of Progressive Web Application (PWA) and Accelerated Mobile Pages (AMP)
  • Understanding of Vue JS / Angular, October CMS / Laravel framework  
  • Must be meticulous and effective at troubleshooting
  • Good team player as well as being able to work independently
  • Possess great interpersonal skills and an acute ability to communicate in spoken and written English
