Responsible for front office reception, general clerical duties such as filing, mail and packages distribution and receipt, answering telephone/distributing messages, and arranging the logistics for office events. The role also assists in maintaining book-keeping and payment vouchers, travel and leave records, and other confidential information. The role supports the Office Manager to handle procurement matters for the office and at times assists in the follow-up of outstanding receivables for the company.
· Working knowledge of Accounts or book-keeping
